Flamboyant

I noticed on the way home from Tai Chi today that the flamboyant tree was looking very flamboyant so I decided to take a picture.

Class was good today. I am enjoying the chi gong warm ups, they really help circulate energy and bring balance. I still feel like a parrot when doing the form, if Zac is not in front of me I have to turn my head to see his positioning. Right now we are at step 7 out of 108.

Eduardo is visiting so I am going to go hang out and listen to music with him on the balcony for a bit, he is enjoying our crank radio.
