Breakfast Pool Party

Went to a breakfast pool party at Cindy and Jeff’s place today – so much fun. We ate drank and were very merry. The inflatable dice from our last years Lobsterfest booth were a big hit in the pool - dice flying everywhere. Later on we started making a secret stash of water balloons and got David to ambush everyone.
Happy Mothers Day to all mom’s especially ours.
Kevin – Jen and Jack send a shout out to everyone back home.

That breakfast looks muy sabroso…….have the recipe for those eggs by any chance?
oh and did they grill the tomatoes as well?

La Dolce Vita for sure Remo. I will find out about the eggs for you from Cindy. Think tomatoes were either done on stove or in oven.

eggs: salt, pepper, finely chopped chives or spring onions, parsley, milk. Tomatoes: just cut in half, in a frying pan with a splash of olive oil, very low heat for about an hour, salt, pepper, a little crushed garlic and some herbes de provence – in order for them to caramalise, very very low heat for a long time
