Yummy Belize Breakfast

The rain is doing one of those off again on again things where just when I think the sun is going to come back out it goes away and the rain starts up again for 10 min or so. Hoping we get a clear patch around 9:00am – we are meeting Melissa and Edwin at Estel’s for some yummy Belize breakfast [scrambled eggs with cheese sides of bacon- potatoes and fried jack] before they catch the 11am to Tropic Air flight to Punta Gourda. Melissa and Eddie are going to enjoy a couple of days at Machaca Hill.  I googled it and found a heavenly looking Belize jungle Lodge in the hills above the Caribbean coast of southern Belize – sounds good to me. I am sure they will have a great time – so much Belize out there to see.
