Today was a record high of 23 people at Eileen’s aquafit class and Tuesday 22. I have really missed my social pool time and find that getting back to class has really been helping my foot recover even though I cannot make it through a full one yet. If you have not already done so don’t forget to join Fun in the Sun Aquafit classes facebook page.

Other island exercise news – Chi Gong classes are starting up again this Sunday at 9:00am on the beach at the South end of Victoria House.
